An error with generation history

Hi Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe Firefly generation history. When I open the history panel, I can see the cards of my previously generated images, but the cards appear empty. When I click on any of them, an error message appears stating that the generated images cannot be displayed.

Could you please assist in restoring or troubleshooting my generation history? I would really appreciate your help, as these images are important for my work.

What browser are you using? If you try another browser as a test, does that browser also have the problem?

I'm usually using Chrome and it's a bit uncomfortable to change to another browser

I was just asking you to test another browser to see if it has the same problem. If it does not, it might be an extension that is interfering. Ad blockers sometimes are the source of the problem.

No, it doesn't work on Safari also, same issue
