what do you mean by out of gate? what if I use proxy? and do I need to concern the telephone binding?

@oscar30478384d6xc, apologies, “out of the gate” means “on the first try.” Do you mean, what if you use a proxy server or VPN? You may have trouble accessing via those gateways.
