Betreff: I can't download images

i have the same problem so i use this report here..

generated a picture like this one here:
https://stock.adobe.com/de/generate/details?prompt=icon+f%C3%BCr+spiel%2C+comic+stil%2C+Medallie+aus...

when i click on the download button it says (i used german, so translated from german)

"Unfortunately a system error occurred. Please try again or refresh the page."

refreshing not work, and also waiting, wait for about 3days and get on different images the same error. I also can't safe the image becuase thats just possible after download - thanks great idea! 

used chrome browser, bought on adobe stock enough images, there are no problems - have more then 100 credits left on my account.

I moved this to a new thread because I think it is unrelated to the problem the other user was having.

So, you are generating an image from within Adobe Stock? [I have to admit I have not generated any images from Adobe Stock].  If you are, can you try creating the same image from the Firefly site? If you have a Stock subscription, you should be getting 500 Gen AI credits per month for Firefly, also.

I did use the link you posted and successfully generated and downloaded a generated image. I am also using a Mac.

Can you also please include an image of the error? If you try doing this in Stock in another browser as a test, do you still get the error?

first: i tested it on Firefox, and there i have no problems, can re-generate the image and download it without any problem. Im also a Dev and for me it makes no sense that something like this purchase process works on ff and not on chrome at all... 

So on chrome (also with relogin) it still not work at all.

about the credits, i see 102 credits and for me it feels like these are the same for firefly genrated images as also for normal images from stock. I see no difference for me here 🙂 

i have a normal subscription for adobe stock 10 per month...

If you generate and download in Stock, you are charged a Stock Credit at download (or "order" time like any other stock download), not Firefly Gen AI credits.

If you generate in Firefly (or photoshop, illustrator, lightroom, etc), you are charged a Gen AI credit at generation time.

Browsers have quirks. I find stuff almost every day where behaviour is different between browsers.  In this case, I would try Chrome incognito and see if it works. If so, likely an extension is interfering.

like to help here, so i uninstalled each of my addons in chrome one by one ... (was just 5)

now with no addons, its still not working...
