Generative credits are refreshed on the anniversary of when you subscribed. You can see that date by looking at your account page and seeing when your next payment will be charged:
If you look at my graphic above, on your account page, it should list "next payment on" with a date. If you were billed on June 6, that date would now be July 6. You should then see your credits refeshed in your profile:
