My cloud storage says I have only used 1.9 GB out of the 100 GB on my plan. So I don't understand why I can't save any of the images I create in Firefly to my library?
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
Are you getting an error message or is it just silently not saving when you save to library. Just to verify, you are clicking on button "K" and then "D" in this diagram:
If the save is happening successfully, you should get this dialogue box after clicking "D":
unless you previously saved and clicked on "Set as default library". Then you should see:
You should see a red dialogue box if there is an error.

It is silently not saving to my library. When I hit upload (K), I choose Save to Library (D), then my library, and it says it is saving, but when I go to my library it isn't there. Found on Adobe cloud website that I can only have 350,000 images. How do I tell how many images are in my library? But I don't see how I could have over 350,000 with only 1.9 G showing used. Thanks for any help!
One more thing to check... I have seen before where someone had a popup blocker and that was causing the save to fail. Can you try another browser as a test and see if you are able to save it in the alternative browser?
