I am requesting to cancel my subscription to Adobe Firefly. I have not used this product in the last month.
I am unable to cancel the subscription myself because the system requires me to update my payment details before managing the plan, but I can’t perform either action.
Please cancel my subscription and confirm the cancellation in writing.
If any payment is charged, I kindly ask for a refund as the service has not been used.
