cannot download files from adobe

Whenever I want to download a stock image or something I have created in Firefly I am not able to download it on my macbook pro.  when I press the download button the download symbol only appears for a split second and the file does not download.  I am able to download from other sources such as Wetransfer etc no problem.  This only happens with Adobe.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

What breowser and operating system are you using? If you try another browser as a test, does it work there?

@dianeh1252050 turn off any pop up blockers.
