creddits and subscription issue

Hello Adobe Firefly Community,

Even though I paid for the full fee for 1 month subscription, only after a week, it says my credits finished, then I paid again for another month's 'fee the same amount , 1 week later now it says I need more credits. I have created less then 10,  8 seconds videos in two weeks time but I've already paid two months fee in 2 weeks time. What am I doing wrong?

I'll be very happy if you help me with this issue

How many credits do you get per month? The number of credits that a video generation will consume varies based on the model, resolution and length. It can be as low as around 100 credits to thousands of credits in one generation. Depending on how many credits you have, one or two videos could consume your monthly credit entitlement.

How many credits are used based on the model, resolution, and length is documented in these help documents: Generative credits FAQ and Partner models in Adobe products.

You can see how many credits the video you are about to generate will consume by looking to the left of the generate button:
