Difficulty downloading generated images

My generated images cannot be downloaded please help. 

It keep saying credential creation problems, what should I do?

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Can you please include a screen shot of the error?  If you try another browser as a test, does it generate the same error?
