Does not follow uploaded reference

somehow after changing the strength of my uploaded graphic in the Structures Tab, FireFly still does not follow the uploaded graphic at all.. It's not even slightly close to my reference. Whereas I can see other creators who are able to achieve the results they are looking for.

This seems very similar to this case from three days ago: I can't apply a prompt to a design reference. 

I am not sure if it is the transparency causing this issue or not.  Try changing the black to white and the fill in the transparent area with black and see if that works. That solved the problem in the other case.
