• What device, browser/version, and module are you using?
• Please include any screenshots/videos of the issue.

Also, try to relaunch Firefly in an Incognito/Private Browser window (Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome / Safari / Firefox) and share your observations.

Same problem here, it checks my image, just a jpg, usually my own photo. And then.... nothing.
No message, no notification, just an empty reference image placeholder.
It used to work before, but it hasn't for about 6 weeks now.
