I can't download the result of the images create from "images to text"

Hi @Poikowski, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the image download function. Has it been this way for you since you started using Firefly Beta? Or is it a new problem? Are you accessing Firefly via a desktop computer or your smartphone? Can you try logging all the way out of your Adobe ID, closing your browser, and starting a new session, or try using a different browser to see if it makes a difference?

Hi JEL, it was the first time i tried Firefly Beta, i was using a macbook on safari. when i was in the page “text to image”, I was creating images but it wasn’t possible to download, but after i tried on the favorite page and in this page it works. Ps i didn’t try others browser

Okay, thanks for the update, @Poikowski. It might have to do with Safari, but glad to hear you're able to download images from the Favorites page now.
