Can you please let us know what your operating system and browser are along with their version numbers.  Can you successfully generate a video without a keyframe?

I have a few questions to help track down this problem.

• Which plan did you purchase?
• Can you generate Firefly video without a keyframe?
• Is your keyframe aspect ratio exactly 16:9?
• Please tell us what OS and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Also, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window and not just the cute sad dog.
