Error en la creación de imagenes con Firefly

Buenso días, las últimas 2 semanas estoy teniendo problemas con el Firefly para la creación de imagen con texto. Subo unas imagenes de referencia, escribo el prompt, y cuando le doy a "generar" la pantalla se queda en blanco con algún icono superior y poco más. Os adjunto foto de lo que me ha hecho esta mañana.

That is not an error that appears often. Could you possibly be having a network issue?

To better help diagnise this, can you please reply with the following information:
• What Firefly function were you using? (text to image, text to vector, text to video, image to video, generative fill, audio/video translation, boards)
• Please click on your avatar and take a screen shot of the box that pops up, but please black out your name and email address.
• The full prompt you were using.
• If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those.
• Tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

• Tell us how your computer or device is connected to the network (home wifi, company network, mobile network, etc.).
