ERROR with me signing up for GENERATIVE VIDEO

I signed up for Generative Video but its asking me to sign up again and pay again. Let me know if this is an error?

Thank you for your message. 

When you say you signed up for Generative Video, do you mean you signed up for the beta some months ago and then received a message saying the beta was available? Or have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?

If you have purchased a Firefly premium plan, please include a screen shot of when it is asking you to pay. Please include an image of the full browser window including your avatar in the upper right corner.
