Extra Charges for Image/Video generation

I am attach the price chart here that says the price for image & video generation would be so and so. but we have been charged per image 20 credits and per video 130 credits that is extra according to us. please look into this.

How many total credits were you charged for one video generation and what resolution did you generate it at?

That chart is slightly confusing as it lists the generation per second, and generations are five seconds. I am guessing they did that because in the future generations might be available at differing rates. But in today's generations that means the table is:

resolution	fps	per second	5 seconds
1080p	24	100	500
720p	24	50	250
540p	24	20	100

On image generation, Model 4 Ultra is 20 credits per generation. Were you generating using that model?
