Subject: Failure in Image Processing Commands and Output Format Inconsistency
To the Technical Support Team,
I am writing to report persistent issues regarding the image editing and generation tools. Despite providing clear and specific prompts, the system fails to execute basic graphic adjustments and frequently returns errors.
Specific Issues Encountered:
Background Removal Failure: The command to "remove background" is not being executed correctly. The output still contains unwanted background artifacts instead of a clean transparency or a solid white fill.
Geometric Distortion: Requests to "smooth the oval form" or "correct the geometry" of the graphic are ignored, resulting in irregular and unprofessional shapes.
Vector/PNG Conversion Errors: The system fails to provide a high-quality, clean PNG output. There is a significant gap between the requested vector-style clarity and the actual pixelated results.
General System Errors: The tool frequently triggers "error" messages during the processing phase, halting the workflow entirely.
These technical limitations and the lack of adherence to specific prompts are preventing professional use of the tool. I request a review of these processing errors and a fix for the command recognition sensitivity.
