After favoriting an image, navigating to the favorites page, and then clicking on one of the favorited images, the images that load are different from the ones that were actually favorited.
I heard back from the Adobe product folks. This is a known issue and they are working on a fix. Until it is fixed, you can save an image to your library or locally and verify it is exactly the image you want. It is possible that returning to a generation from favourites will not regenerate the same image. For more information on the other ways to save images, please see:
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
Is this before hitting generate or after? How long ago was the image favourited?
I just did a few tests and it worked for these. There have been a few instances before where Favourites could not be regenerated again, but is not the normal case. Can you include some screen shots of the favourite on the favourites page and then after you click it, what you are seeing on the generation page?
The issue occurred after generating images. I noticed that there wasn't anyway in the interface to return to previously generated images once clicking on a single image to upscale and download, so I then favorited images I wanted to retrurn to later, only to find that didn't work either. 😞 Here are the before and after screenshots:
To get to that second image you showed, you clicked on the left image in favourites? If so, what you are seeing is strange. I just did an experient following the path you described and it worked for me as expected.
Can you create a screen recording demonstrating this that we can give to Adobe folks?
The issue is the same regardless of which of the two images I click. I created a gif screen recording for you below. Browser is Brave Version 1.70.126 Chromium: 129.0.6668.100 (Official Build) (64-bit).
Perhaps it's worth noting that an image I favorited after I noticed the issue does properly return me to the correct set of generated images, so I wonder if the issue is not reproducible because somehow my data for the other favorites is corrupted?
