Favorites missing with recent update.

My FireFly will not load any generations on my Macbook Pro M2 Max laptop. I can view my favories library, and download any past generations, however, if I go to view anything in my favorits, or type any new prompts to generate it just sits there loading forever with no results. I really do not want to clear my broser history and loose ALL my favorits. I am using the V2 and even tried V1 and it does NOT work on my laptop. I have a brand new Macbook Pro M2 Max and feel i should'nt be having any issues like this. All other Adobe apps and functions of my Macbook are fine, its just Firefly on my mac that is freezing. It is working fine on my Mobil device?

 

PLEASE HELP!!!

Same...all favourites disappeared but from two machines. My iPad and my Mac mini. Same account. Safari browser on both. (Yes I understand what stored locally means), there are two different sets of favourites on the two machines. Both all lost (coincidentally) after needing to sign back into my account, I haven't cleared the cache either. However, I'm guessing an update (that I think was issued recently) may have been the cause.(?) luckily I have downloaded and backed up most of my favourites. Recommend this to everyone.

It looks like both of you are dealing with similar issues. Can I have you two share more information? 

@Matt EP32323430ssl4  Everything about Favorites works in terms of viewing favorited generation (web) and downloading said favorites, but then you mention you can view your favorites.

 

  • Can you clarify that? Do you mean when you click on the image, the image then takes you to the Text to image module? 
  • Does this happen on other devices or browsers?
  • Did you notice this issue after any recent updates? 

 

@Mark30444656rwrs Are you seeing any similar issues to what OP shared? 

Can you borth try a hard refresh and share if this happens on other devices or browsers?

Hello and thank you for your response!
I am able to open Firefly and Navigate to Favorites. I can see the
thumbnails. I can click download and download the shown thumbnail. When I
click "view" the page appears and the thumbnails just flash like its going
to generate an image continuously, but never loads.

I logged out of my mobile device and shut all other devices down that might
have had Firefly open. Then I went back to my laptop and reopened Firefly
and tested a quick prompt and it worked!!???

So for me, it appears I can only have Firefly open on 1 device. When I
closed down my mobile app, my desktop app worked. This was not the case
prior to the recent update. I will test some more and let you all know.

@Matt EP32323430ssl4 Ahh... the most frustrating part of hard wear/software.  "Have you tried turning it off and on again?" I can't tell you how many times I troubleshot before going to IT for help, and then suddenly, it worked.  It's so frustrating. I'm glad it's working, though. 

You should still be able to access Firefly on more than one device. What is going on with your other devices? Can you make sure your devices are up to date?
