Firefly Access

Hi, 

I have used Firefly before but can't use it now. I am an adobe stock contributor and the site gave me an invitation to work with firefly.   

 

Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

Hi @elen laneo24972766, are you still having trouble using Firefly? Do you get this error with any prompt you try? Did you try switching to another browser or using an incognito tab (note, favorites won't save if you use one)? Maybe also try a reboot of your computer and/or internet router, since you were able to use Firefly before, something might be preventing your access now. Let us know how it's going!
