I'm missing all my scroll bars in Firefly and can't access features like fantasy, surrealism, etc.

I use a Wacom Tablet, and the web site doesn't have a internal scrool bar to navigate in gallery or in my favorites.
I don't have a mouse, a have to use the keyboard arrow keys to scroll the screen because the default scroll bar of the browser doesn't go down enough.

@Junior Rocha thank you for sharing. Have you tried to set your wheel to scroll? Does it scroll on other websites?

Scroll Wheel of wacom tablet is It's horrible and doesn't work properly. It's better I use arrow keys or page up and page down keys, and even so, it is a much less practical and fluid alternative than simply using the browser's scroll bar
The issue here is not having an alternative way to get around a basic UI/UX problem, the issue is one of the most basic and oldest functions of any website not working correctly.
I simply want to use the browser's scroll bar.
On the Firefly home page, it works correctly, but in the gallery and favorites it doesn't work.
It's almost as if the gallery were a different frame within the page, and this frame doesn't have a scroll bar.
I don't have this problem on other generative AI sites, In fact, I don't remember having this problem on any other site, only on Firefly.

As a pen tablet user, I had previously reported that the scroll bar did not appear in another area of the site. And thank you for correcting this.

But now within the new interface for generating images, the scroll bar to scroll between panels does not appear, I have to keep closing the tabs to access the other panels.

To address the missing scroll bar in Adobe Firefly's new interface for Pen Tablet users, you can try adjusting your tablet settings or reinstalling the software. Additionally, reaching out to Adobe's support team for guidance or checking for any updates may help resolve the issue.

The advice on "reinstalling software" is not good advice. The original poster should follow the instructions of the Adobe employee responding in this thread.

Hi @Junior Rocha ,

You can touch your stylus on the dark background area of the panel interface and drag up or down.

Just tested it on my Wacom Mobilestudio and  it works great.

I don't want a Workaround, I have to PC, one have a Wacom One that doesn't have stylus, the other one is a wacom pro that have it, but is horrible to use, is no precise like a GOOD OLD AND SIMPLE SCROLL BAR.
For me doesn't have a scroll bar is a HUGE UI/UX mistake.

I don't mind it, and I don't see it as a workaround.

I have a Wacom tablet connected to my second PC too.

Best of luck

It's the same as the problem with the fonts section in creative cloud. Can't scroll, so the fonts section is useless to me. I have to go to the website instead

Firefly left control panel has no scroll bars in Mac Safari or Chrome. This makes it difficult to navigate to get to the left image control panels that are below the bottom edge of the browser window. Please advise.

Hello @William Scalia,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having a problem.

Which version of MacOS and Chrome are you running? Can you scroll it with two fingers on the touchpad (if your mac has one)?

Thanks,

Thanks for responding, Droopy.

I'm running Sonoma 14.5 on a Max Studio., using a Wacom Intuous tablet. The scrolling works with the touch settings, but I dont use them. I need scroll bars for my stylus. Please advise.

Hello @William Scalia,

Ah, "stylus". There have been a number of reports like this from pen computing people. Let me see if I can find if there was a solution.

Are you reffering to needing a scroll bar on the left to be able to navigate through the various setting boxes?

The way I scroll is with my mousewheel over that section. You can collapse the various blocks like structure, styles.

Not suggesting this is the best in terms of user experience - just a way to navigate without scroll bars.

I can no longer scroll through the various settings because the scroll bar is missing. I figured out I can use the up and down arrows, but that takes too long. I've been avoiding using firefly specifically for this reason.
