Are you getting this when using a keyframe? If so, does it work without a keyframe?

Yep, no matter what I do. Same situation
I tried a couple for free until I reached my limit. Still needed a few more. Got the plan, reloaded and now nothing works. Don't seem to have any support available...
Ok, can you please tell me what OS and browser you are using and their version numbers?
