Firefly deleted my image after trying to download it

I customized a whole picture on firefly and went to download it and it reset my picture and now it's gone forever. So therefore I wouldn't ever bother buying this product.

• What device and browser version are you using?
• Does this only happen in Generative Fill?
• Can you include any screenshots or videos of the issue?
