Hi, firefly recently stopped working. It shows a grey screen. Tried refreshing page, cleared browser cache, tried incognito session and even different browsers. Anybody faced the same issue? Working on a windows 10 pro OS, sreenshot attached.
The most frequent cause of this on Windows systems is the Microsoft Windows Defender firewall. Try resetting the firewall to the default settings and see if that works.
