Since I purchased the premium credits for creating Image to Video, there are errors and say try it later everytime I try. what happens?

Which plan did you purchase?  Can you please include a screen shot of the full browser window including your avatar in the upper right corner. Also, please tell us what operating system and browser you are using, including the version numbers.
