Starting around Noon EST on 6-20-23, as soon as I would login to web (or mobile) beta Firefly, it successfully logs in then immediately says "sign in to firefly" again, on any "generate" page. is there maintenance going on?
For other reading this post, I DM'ed an Adobe ADMIN on Discord, and they said that updates had been rolled out that affected some users aaccess. I would recommend you reach out to Adobe admin / support and give them your Adobe ID and explain the issue.
Okay so since adobe help is such a maze of dead ends, here's the actual info:
Email "Generative-AI@adobe.com" with your issue and they should get back to you directly. Make sure to include your adobe email and username and other account info to speed things up. According to a few posts on the discord server you can also message "@erindanika" on discord if you'd like to speak with someone directly.
I'm still waiting to hear back from both of them but it took me a while just to get this info so I thought I'd share.
