Firefly video (beta) not generating anything

Hello,

I have been given access to create video prompts but no matter what I add in (prompts) nothing seems to generate? See screen snap. It Just comes up with an error.

Had same problem and then got a sales message that I used up my credits

Oh really? That seems so odd considering I haven't generated anything yet. Perhaps my subsciption doesn't cover video credits. Thank you for your response! I'll call them.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

It might have been an intermittant problem. I was able to use your prompt to generate a video.
