Galeria de favoritos está sumindo

Olá, já entrei em contato comm a Adobe, inclusive de uma equipe de suporte de fora. Abri um chamado sobre minha galeria do Firefly. Simplesmente, minahs imagens que eu gero e salvo somem de um dia apra o outro. Isso está complicado pois já pago caro pelo storage e estou perdendo muitos assets de trabalho. PELO AMOR DE DEUS ME AJUDEM! Isso está prejudicando meu trabalho num nível que não consigo mensurar. Obrigada. 11984202735

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Favourites are stored in the browser cache when you save them. You can only access them on the same browser on the same computer. If you use a different browser or different computer, you will not see them. Even if you are using the same browser on the same computer, your favourites might disappear. Browser cache is not designed for permanent storage. Any of these reasons (and more) can cause your favourites to disappear:

• you manually delete/purge your browser cache
• you run a utility that cleans your computer (and deletes the browser cache)
• your computer runs low on disk space and the browser deletes things from the cache
• your computer is managed by a company/school/organisation which resets things such as the cache after the user logs out

If you are repeatedly experiencing problems with favourites, you should consider an alternative way of saving your creations. These references might be helpful on what steps you can take to save creations:

@xu378845391cjq Change your browser settings to not clear the caches. Also if you are accessing via a private or incognito mode that won't save your favorites either.
