I am not able to see all the menu items in Firefly

Every time I watch a Firefly tutorial I see a menu on the left of the screen. Mine only has the menu on the right. How am I able to access all menus? I have googled this to death and nothing is working! I've attached a visual of my screen.

Sorry about the trouble. Which browser and OS are you using? Have you tried another browser?
