I am unable to use Firefly after I log in to my account

Dear Adobe support team.

 

   It has been approximately a month since I have been experiencing difficulties with using the Firefly, and I am unable to use it as before.

   Why can't I use Firefly to generate my pictures after I log in to my account? When I click the button " generate" beside "text to image ", the page shows me only a demo video, and there is no nothing else. It keeps asking me to login again and finally does not enter the Generate section.

      I have previously mentioned this issue of mine, but it has not yet been resolved.

Please solve this problem or could you pls tell me how to solve this problem.

I've generated a ticket too on july 2nd, but still no answer. I have the same problem

Hi, do u still have ur problem to use FireFly?? Unfortunately mine still not fixed.

Same here and now I contacted the support via FB and was told: "I can find your access is banned from Firefly Server."
What is the world?
