Thank you for your message. 

Are you generating video using image to video? Is the basketball player a child? If so, it is a restriction in the beta version of Firefly image to video that it will not generate videos using keyframes containing children. If you were using image to video, that is why those images generated errors.

If the image does not contain a child and you are generating something other than Firefly video, please post a copy of the image and the prompt you are using.
