I don't have any options in Firefly

Every tutorial I see on Adobe Firefly shows an extensive options menu on the left, but mine looks really simple (see screenshot) with no options

Welcome to the community.
You are correct. I suggest changing the model to A Firefly Image model. The 3rd party models have a different set up than Fiefly.

Firefly Model 4 as an example.
