I have just committed to monthly credits for Firefly and all I seem to get is "not working try later

I have just committed to monthly credits for Firefly. All I have seemed to have got for my money is a repeating "sorry not working - try later" message. Clearly that's not what I hoped, or paid, for. What is the problem? Everyone else that I use (Canva, Leonardo etc) seem to manage.

Same thing here.  I'm a CC Pro subscriber on a Mac running 26.0.1.

Hey @Eric Chiel 

1) I always start with the basics: turning my computer off and on. I have also had to turn my wifi off and on. (I don't know why this sometimes works... it just does.)

 

2) clear your cache. use a different browser. open a new tab. 
3) With Adobe Max about to kick off, the team could be doing some last minute behind the scenes work. 
Make sure to check on Adobe Max Oct 28 to 30th: online.
