I'm unable to access the create

I was before but now im not able to create images, who disable it, when did they disable it? Why did they disable it? How do I enable it? im speaking of the generate image with Ai

Thank you for your message. 

Are you using an enterprise or teams account and getting a message that you are not authorised to use that feature?  If so, please contact your local Adobe administrator as they manage access. If you are not sure who that is, contact your local IT department.

If you are on an individual plan or that is not the message you are receiving, please show us a screen shot of the full browser window with the error.
