I specifically stated in the prompt that should NOT be any face masks

No matter how many time or way I state in the image creation prompt that I DO NOT want ANY face masks, every single image created has people wearing face masks!!!

I want a refund for every credit wasted by Firefly because it cannot seem to follow the most basic instructions.

This can be frustrating for sure. 
1) Could you share a sample prompt? 
2) In cases like this, I ask Firefly for what I want.

 Prompt: Group of people at the airport.
