In my experience, many if not most AI programs ignore the word "no." Ask for no hands, I get hands. Try clean-shave, bared faced, smooth skin, etc.

I would add that Firefly definitely does not have negative prompting. And for some reason, there seems to be a strong preference for beards in the model. I have used "clean-shaven smooth-face fresh-face clear-chin bare-faced" before.
