Image to Video ai

No option to upload a photo for image to video ai. What is the point of image to Video if you can't upload a photo?

When choosing image to video I do not see an option to upload a photo .  Canva actually has a great tool that does this just was hoping Adobe would catch up with them in the ai game since I pay for CC.

Thank you for your message. 

When you click on that image, it takes you to the generation page. On that page, clicking on the "keyframes" button brings up a window which allows you to upload keyframes:
