Images do not appear in the library

I am using Adobe Firfly and all the images that I generated and i saved in a personal library in Creative Cloud, however when I click to share the generated image and SAVE TO LIBRARY appears, an icon shows that I am disconnected from Creative Cloud, but I yes I am connected. When I open the Creative Cloud libraries, none of the images have actually been saved, I can't even see the folders I created in Adobe Firefly, but when I go through the entire process to save a FireFly image in the library, the folders I created are visible during this process.
Has anyone faced this problem?

After all, where are the images I saved, how can I access them?

Hi RAPHA83!

Sorry to hear that. Can you check if your generated images are appearing here? https://adobe.ly/4fpG03M

For more details on saving files to Cloud Libraries, refer to this article: https://adobe.ly/4e5Gdbr

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Hi @RAPHAB ,

I cover this problem a little bit in this document:

Specifically:

Save to Library

You can save your images to your Creative Cloud library. You can use this option if you plan to use the image in other Adobe applications or if you need to access the image from multiple computers and devices.  You save it to the Creative Cloud library by selecting Save to Library from the Share menu on the lower right corner of the image as shown in “D” on the example image above.

Once you click on Save to Library, you will get a dialogue box asking what folder you want to save the image in.

If you plan to save this and all images in the same folder, you can click on Set as default library. If you do that, further saves will be stored in that folder without prompting.  If you want to change the folder later, click on save, and you will see this green box at the bottom of the browser window if it successfully saved:

Click on Change and it will prompt you for the folder you want to save in.

Q: I saved to my Creative Cloud library, but I do not see them there.

A: You would have specified which folder you want to save them in when you saved them (or previously specified a default). Look in the folders in your creative cloud account for them or alternatively, if you follow the steps in the section above on saving to library for changing the default folder, you will see what folder it has been saving them in by default.

So, try to save to library and look at the green box to see where it is saving it. If that does not produce a clear answer, please create a screen recording of you saving an image to the library.

My best,

    droopy

Hey @RAPHAB
@droopydog500  document is beautifully laid out.

Alternative Method: Creating your own Gallery(ies)
I created my own "Gallery". It requires a bit of time and effort; however, it's my own private gallery w a list of my prompts, images, and links. Besides having my own personal library/ gallery I can see the prompts.

I like keeping my prompts to see what was working and how Firefly is evolving.

Creating My Own Gallery or Galleries (I have galleries based on a specific topic or theme)
1) take a screenshot of the image  (I like having a screenshot; so, I can see what image I had generated.)
2) Save the link of the image
3) Open a Google File, Word Doc, or any other document

In the document
a) Paste the image and prompt. Add any effects as well that you may have used
b) Paste the link.
Keeping a link does not use credits.
Having the link actually saves you a credit later on, when you decided to reopen the link/ image.

  1. Keep in mind that pressing TRY PROMPT, does use a credit.

>> Meaning: by pressing the saved link or pasting into the URL you generate the image you saved without using a credit. <
TRY PROMPT gives you new different images. New and different images means using a credit.

Finally:
c) Save | Name the document

By following these steps, I have been able to retrieve previously generated images, saved credits, and have seen how Firefly has evolved as well.

Essentially, I/ we created a private gallery that can be shared w friends, family, or my colleagues.
1) Share the gallery/ file
2) Share individual links w images
3) Have your own secure list of images and links.

>>Having a screenshot of the images helps tremendously.<<

Cheers,
O. Nate
