Issue with Accessing Firefly's Custom Model Service

Dear Adobe Support Team,

 

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Farah, and I am a designer from South Korea. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to access the new Custom Model service within Firefly.


Recently, I came across a notice on experienceleague.adobe.com regarding the launch of the Custom Model service, and I was thrilled to explore its capabilities. The service seemed particularly promising to me as it utilizes Pre-training Firefly based on company internal image data, aligning perfectly with my design needs.


Following the provided instructions meticulously, I logged in and attempted to access the service via the URL provided: https://firefly.adobe.com/cme/train
However, to my disappointment, the page failed to load, and instead, I encountered an error message stating, "Can't access page. You don't have access to this module."

 

This setback has left me with several questions and concerns:
a) Is Firefly’s custom model a currently available service, and are there any documented use cases available for reference?
b) If the service is indeed available, could you please clarify the necessary level of authorization required for access? Are there distinctions between personal and corporate usage?
c) Additionally, I am particularly interested in whether the Custom Model service is accessible in countries other than the United States, specifically in South Korea.

 

I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance and clarification on these matters as I am eager to leverage the capabilities of Firefly's Custom Model service for my design projects. Your guidance in resolving this access issue and addressing my inquiries would be invaluable.

@FarahSouthKorea these features are only available for Enterprise customers at this time as part of a contracted service. You would need to contact your Enterprise admin to purchase a contract for access to these features.
