issued with firefly image to video

Before I paid for a subscription plan video generation was working, after I paid it no longer works, Ive tried several diff browsers and images to generate the video from and all it says it cant load after 2 seconds and shows a monkey avatar image. I am using windows 10, I tried firefox, chrome and internet explorer

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Is this problem happening with all images or were you just trying one? Can you please show the full browser window and not just the monkey?
