It will not make YouTube channel banners

No matter what I attempt or what instructional video I follow the instructions to your software WILL NOT correctly resize itself to make a YouTube channel banner. No matter how many times it says it is and you keep trying. It just sucks. I'm uttery infuriated and tutorials on Canva keep coming up when looking for more instructions on how to get this turd working properly. Bad job.

Totally understand your frustration. Adobe Express  has many more options to resize and create content for social channels.
