Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

I cover this question in my document, Everything You Wanted To Know About Saving Images From Firefly Text to Image,

Q: I saved to my Creative Cloud library, but I do not see them there.

A: You would have specified which folder you want to save them in when you saved them (or previously specified a default). Look in the folders in your creative cloud account for them or alternatively, if you save an image to the library, the success dialogue box will show you what folder it has been saving them in by default.

Merci, droopydog500,La première fois que j'ai enregistré dans la bibliothèque, j'ai dû spécifier un dossier que j'avais créé pour l'occasion. Cependant, maintenant, lorsque je clique sur "Enregistrer dans la bibliothèque", je reçois uniquement le message ci-joint. J'ai vérifié et il n'y a aucun fichier Firefly dans mon espace Creative Cloud.

That dialog box is shown before the green box I showed above. If you click "Continuer", you should then see this blue box:

followed by the green box above.  What do you see when you click "Continuer"?
