Kein Zugriff auf Firefly obwohl es in der Creativ Cloud als Teil meiner Produkte angezeigt wird.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Are you using an enterprise version of creative cloud or a consumer version? What error message do you receive when you try to use Firefly?

It is a enterprise Creatvie Cloud Version. The Error Message is in the Header with a Red Ground the message is: "Du hast keinen Zugriff auf Firefly"

That feature needs to be enabled by your local Adobe administrator in their administrative console. Please contact you local Adobe administrator. If you are not sure who that is, please see this article: How do I contact my Adobe administrator?
