Lost the ganarated images

I has generating imagens on the browser with firefly, after I download the image that I want, I open the image on Illustrator, when I went back to the browser the firefly website was blank, I refresh it and nothing happen, los all the option, that I want them to. Here is the las adress on the browser:

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Occasionally, the browser window will reset and you will lose your current session. The best ways to prevent that from having a negative impact on you is to either favourite the image or do a "Copy link to image" and save that URL.  Using either of those methods will take you back to the generation page.
