Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Did you use this image as a reference photo for image to video?  If so, the beta version of image to video will not generate videos from images containing children. That is why it would not generate the videos.

If it was not image to video, please tell us how you used this image when you received the error.
