Multiple topbar on the website

New Here ,
May 30, 2023 May 30, 2023

If i click on "FAQ" and then to "Firefly beta website" a second topbar is added below the one usually present on the site. This can be repeated to generate infinite topbars, as shown in the image attached.

Hi @francescop11022922, I can't duplicate your error, and I've tried clicking back and forth between tabs several ways. Are you accessing Firefly Beta from a desktop system or a smartphone? I'm using Brave browser. Can you try switching browsers to see if the duplicate toolbar still generates?

Hi @J E L , I'm accessing Firefly beta from desktop (Ubuntu) and I tried to perform the same action on Firefox, Google Chrome and Edge and the error is still present. In the link below, a video shows the exact steps.

Hi @francescop11022922, thanks for making the video. That is strange! I noticed that the URL in your top address bar never changes from https://firefly.adobe.com/faq even when you switch to another page on the site. That could be part of the problem?

I'm not sure. If I click on the "Favourites" of the first topbar, the browser opens another tab, but if i click on the "Favourites" of the second (or others) topbar, the content of the page changes without opening a new tab. I think it is ulikely that this is an intended behaviour, and maybe the problem is in the FAQ page.

@francescop11022922, okay, well, it's certainly strange, especially when you are getting the same results with Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Are you within in the United States when accessing the site or using a VPN? Can you try accessing with an incognito browser tab? Anything unusual about your firewall setup or internet connection? Maybe it will clear away on its own in time? Other than the duplicating topbar issue, are you able to use Firefly normally? Let us know how it goes!
