Não consigo selecionar Estilos.

Estou utilizando Firefly direto pelo site, e quando tento gerar uma imagem com firefly 3 e usando um objeto, ele não me deixa clicar e selecionar um estilo (nesse caso gostaria de um hiper-realista). Está desde ontem assim.

 

Não é possível também selecionar o foto ou arte no tipo de conteúdo. Utilizo muito esses recursos para ambientar produtos que tem fotos em fundo branco, mas não consigo fazer nada sem esses dois efeitos, as fotos ficam bem bugadas.

Thank you for your message. 

Are you using an object reference? When you say that it won't let you select the style, is that because the style is not there or it is not clickable? Could you include a screen shot?

Hello @droopydog500 

I'm using an object for the composition. I used the wrong term, the styles work, the effects don't! They are there, but its not clickable, I can send a screenshot, but I don't think it'll help.

I tried using it on the chrome too but it didn't work. Do you know whats happening?

I am not sure what is happening here. There are two similar reports of this, but I cannot reproduce it. I have asked Adobe to look into this but have not heard anything back yet.

 

I can ask you to try a bunch of things, but I have low confidence they might fix this:

  • Try logging out and back in again.
  • Do a hard reset of the generation page (press <SHIFT> along with reload).
  • Try on another computer or phone.

 

Are you on an enterprise plan or a consumer plan?
