Since November 20, 2025, the Nano Banana Pro model is no longer generating images within the Adobe Firefly canvas. When I attempt to generate content using this model, I receive the error message "We're experiencing problems generating content right now. Please try again in a moment."
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Adobe Firefly canvas
- Select Nano Banana Pro model
- Enter a prompt
- Click Generate
- System returns error instead of generating the image
Expected behavior: Nano Banana Pro model should generate images normally as it did until November 19, 2025.
Current behavior: Consistent generation error with Nano Banana Pro in canvas.
Additional information:
- The issue has been occurring systematically since yesterday
- Other generation models work correctly
- The problem is specific to the canvas feature only
- Nano Banana Pro works fine in other Firefly sections
