i made 4 or 5 videos, not a single one was correct.  But all of your mistakes used up my credits.   I should not have to pay for this.  Total garbage

I am sorry you experienced this difficulty. If you can share your prompt with us, we can probably help you refine it. While AI image and video models have come a long way, prompting is still and art.  I am not sure what model you were using, but if you were using a high resolution, you can use a lower resolution (at less credits) while refining your prompt.
