No image created

I am trying to see how well I can use your app before making a subscription purchase however this is the second time I have attempted and I blamed myself the first time but have since been studying and learning a lot about how to prompt for an AI image. So I put in a prompt that would have in any other image generator created a decent image but once I hit submit I got no image whatsoever when I check my free account version it shows that I used one of my 10 image creations but I have no image to show for it could you please help. I know that it's possible that potentially this is a user error and I just don't know where my image went to but since I'm unable to find it I'm reaching out for help. Thanks for writing in. You can check your generated images in Generation History. Go to Files > Generation History.
